“Hosts” - Natalia Edelmannand Ruth Petralifi are your hosts for High Net Connect Marbella. Also referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”
“High Net Connect” - the UK based organization founded by Liz Baitson.
“Start Date” - the start date of the event
“End Date” - the end date of the event.
“You” - the client, event participant
It is your responsibility to let our Hosts know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during our events. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during our events, then please stop participating immediately.
It is also your responsibility to consult a doctor with an understanding of fitness to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake event activities and other physical activities that you may choose to do whilst at the event.
Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions and dietary requirements before you book. If you have health conditions and dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered at our events we reserve the right, for your own wellbeing, to advise you to stop participating.
Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, our events could take place on land, where the land may be uneven, or water, where the conditions may vary. Participation and attendance are at your own risk and we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused during the event, or associated events and excursions.
We ask that women who are 12 to 28 weeks pregnant provide a letter from their health practitioner specifying that they are fit to travel and able to engage in the activities that we provide.
Acknowledgement of risks
You warrant that you are aware that all exercise and travel carries risks, and acknowledge you are participating willingly, and in knowledge of these risks.
You recognise that we are not able to provide you with medical, financial or business advice and that any information provided should be used as a guideline only. If you have any prior knowledge of health concerns or health risks, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to seek clearance from a health care professional prior to attending any of our events.
You recognise that no business or financial opportunities are guaranteed. You understand that any connections you make at the retreat are of your own interest and it is highly recommended that you perform your own due diligence before carrying out any business activity or venture.
You agree to fully indemnify without limitation any host(s), director(s) or contractor(s) against any injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident during any and all interactions with us and High Net Connect.
To reserve a spot on the retreat, payment in full of £4997 or 2 payments of £2750 with the first payment due upon booking and the second payment due by October 31, 2021. These are non-refundable. Payment of any outstanding sums owed (the balance) must be made before the specified Payment Due Date for the Event which you are booking. Prices DO NOT include flights or travel insurance. Your booking is fully covered by ABTA in the UK and by La Cala Travel in Spain.
It is a mandatory requirement that you obtain your own travel insurance to cover the activity(ies) of your event with us as well as unexpected cancellation, Covid-19, sickness, losses and all the usual risks.
It is your responsibility to organise suitable travel and health insurance from the day you reserve your space. You acknowledge that we are not in the business of providing insurance products and cannot be held liable if your failure to arrange suitable insurance coverage leaves you exposed, medically, financially or otherwise.

You understand and acknowledge that it is a condition of booking that you must take out an adequate travel insurance policy that covers medical, as well as, but not limited to, trip cancellation insurance, and any other activities that may reasonably be undertaken during the course of your event. The policy and insurance coverage must be valid and in effect for the entire duration of your event. It is highly recommended that you purchase your insurance the moment you book your space to ensure that you are protected fully.
Please note, even if you have private health insurance in your Country of Residence, it is unlikely that this insurance will cover international trips to the extent required to participate in the activities organised with us.
You will be asked to email or bring your policy with you to the event in case of an emergency.
Cancellations Policy: Guest Cancellations
If you need to cancel any retreat with us, cancellation fees will apply. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.

There is no cooling-off period when purchasing or booking any of our events.
Cancellations before the Start Date of your Event are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
Cancellations Policy: Cancellations made by Us
If for any reason we have to cancel or change the Start Date of any event, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another event with us (either scheduled or at some future time within the next year (1) year) to be used as credit.
Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by You to Us, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your Event.
We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreats such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
Late Arrivals/Early Departures:
We do not offer credit for arriving late to our events or departing early.
A lateral flow test is required before you travel.
Daily housekeeping and other precautionary measures are being taken to ensure the safety of our guests and the cleanliness of your surroundings.
Face masks are mandatory in Spain to wear during transportation and in enclosed public areas.
The Spanish Government requires you to complete a Health Form - For complete information about entry requirements to Spain, please go to https://www.spth.gob.es/
Entry requirements in any country should be reviewed to ensure you meet the requirements.
Third Parties Provided
We hold no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors, including in the event that they modify the nature of a service on an Event as compared with the advertised nature of the service.
Further, we accept no responsibility for delayed, missed or cancelled flights, buses, ferries, transfers, or any other modes of transportation required by You to get to Your accommodation, or any other activity or event in connection with or relating to your event.
You acknowledge that during any trip with High Net Connect or Ruth Petralifi or Natalia Edelmann, you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged, and insofar as is legally permissible, you surrender your right to any cause of action against us, our agents, contractor’s, employee’s and directors, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during our event, up to and including death.
All health issues including allergies MUST be disclosed at the time of booking.
Our events are exclusively curated for the members of High Net Connect Community, VIP, Inner Circle, Vault, and are done in collaboration with High Net Connect.
All information provided on the website and any written and verbal form of correspondence are correct at the time of publication. However, due to mechanical faults, weather conditions, or what insurers call ‘Acts of God’, some amenities may be temporarily unavailable. Very occasionally, we may have to vary the advertised Event due to staff sickness or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will always try to provide an equivalent replacement.
Hosts, Guest Experts and Activities
In the event of one of the hosts or guest experts becoming injured, ill or any emergency situation that forces them to leave the event, then this may have an impact on the event, in terms of the activities or talks being cancelled. We will do whatever we can to adapt to the situation and reduce the impact this may have on your experience; however, we may not be able to get a substitute out. The event will continue to run however things will be adjusted to reflect the situation. There will be no refunds or compensation to reflect the change in this situation.
We will not accept liability for:
Any of the above Events, or others beyond our control.
Loss, injury, or damage (to you) or your personal property.
Physical, medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your Event.
Check that your travel insurance policy covers these and other contingencies.
We are confident that you will not find cause for concern during your event. If you feel that a complaint is warranted you must raise the issue directly with our Hosts. Any retrospective complaint must be made in writing to us within 14 days of the end of your event.

This contract is entered into under the laws of the United Kingdom and in agreeing to these terms and conditions you are doing so on behalf of yourself and any other parties included in your booking.
